Return & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Process:

1. 📧 Contact Customer Service

Please email your order number and reason for return/exchange to Support@hvirau.store.

Include product photos (if applicable).

2. 📨 Receive Instructions

Wait for Customer Service to email you return/exchange instructions and the correct return address.

3. 📦 Prepare for Return

Make sure the item is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging.

Note: Do not ship directly to the address on the package.

4. 🚚 Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item (we do not offer collect shipping).

Use the return address provided by Customer Service.

5. 📥 Item Received and Inspected

We will inspect the returned item and notify you via email.

If approved, we will process your refund/exchange and notify you via email.

6. 💳 Refund Processed

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, then contact us.

Order Cancellation Flowchart

1. 📧 Contact Customer Service

Send an email to Support@hvirau.store to request a cancellation.

2. ⏳ Check Order Status

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours and has not been shipped, you will receive a 100% refund.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

Return/Exchange Timeline: Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for personal reasons; returns due to the seller's fault (such as incorrect item or quality issues) are the seller's responsibility.

No Direct Returns: Returns without prior notification to customer service will not be accepted.

No Free Return Service: We do not provide Free Return Service for returned packages. If you are returning a package for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return costs. We will cover any associated costs.

Sizing Issues: Returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please refer to the "Sizing Guide" (click here) to measure your body measurements and email them to us.
