Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the order value. (The larger the order, the heavier the package.)
Orders under $40: Shipping cost $11.98
Orders between $40 and $60: Shipping cost $12.98
Orders between $60 and $99: Shipping cost $13.98
Orders over $99: Free shipping.
We strongly recommend purchasing items over $99 to save more.
Shipping costs for particularly heavy items, such as tactical vests and some boots, vary. The shipping costs for these items will be stated on the product page.
What shipping methods are used?
We use external carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS) and guarantee delivery times (unless there are unforeseen circumstances).
Shipping Time
How long does it take to receive my package after placing my order? Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
Handling Time: 4-7 business days;
Delivery Time: 5-15 business days (depending on the logistics method and delivery address).
Delivery Days = Handling Time + Delivery Time
Handling Time: Handling time refers to the time it takes the seller to prepare the product for shipment. Handling time varies depending on the product type and quantity.

OCEANICA (New Zealand): 9-15 days
Other (Asiatic Erica, etc.): 15-25 days
Chile and Brazil (CNPJ/CPF/EORI number required): 15-25 days
SA (Argentina and Colombia) (2DN transit): 15-25 days
How to qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $99. Shipping costs and delivery methods are subject to the instructions on the checkout page and may vary depending on the delivery destination.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order through the "Track Order" page. You will also receive regular email updates about your order, including tracking numbers, stock updates, and more. If you have any questions, please email Support@hvirau.store. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Should I enter my mobile phone number at checkout?
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, we recommend entering your mobile phone number at checkout. Keep your phone accessible to ensure faster delivery.
My package was lost or stolen.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, or if your package has been delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you with the claim process with the carrier. Please note: Claims may take up to 30 days to process (depending on the carrier used). Manlytshirt is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Out-of-stock Items
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock, we will continue to ship the remaining items. We will contact you by email to inform you of the next steps for the out-of-stock item.
